Homebody is a space to move with intention, build strength, and feel supported. Our classes are athletic yet approachable, grounded in thoughtful programming and taught by instructors who care deeply about how you feel in your body.

Reformer Pilates
An athletic, full body class focused on strength, control, and intentional movement. Using the reformer, we move through thoughtfully programmed sequences designed to build long, supportive strength while prioritizing joint health and longevity. Expect clear cueing, mindful pacing, and options that meet you where you are.

Hot Mat Pilates
A heated, mat based class that builds strength, mobility, and endurance through controlled, low impact movement. Expect intentional sequencing, clear cueing, and a steady flow that challenges the body while supporting longevity. Classes are athletic, grounding, and designed to meet you where you are.
